Hi! When you make a search check the Date Range Option. Maybe that it's the problem of your results. Bye! Grettings from Chile

I recall having the same trouble with keywords that were similarly short and contained numbers. I'm not aware that the limitations on the length and/or makeup of the word being searched on have ever been clarified.

Go to Advanced Search and set the date range. The default is 1 week.

I have a much better success rate using Google for this: put your search terms and 'pianoworld' into it and things generally pop up!

Frank, what happens if you enter just 'CLP 320' (without the quotation marks)? In my opinion, the additional 'Yamaha' and 'Clavinova' keywords should not be necessary. I expect I am using the Advanced Search forum incorrectly. For example, if I enter 'CLP 320', highlight just the Digital Piano forum, then set the range to 'Newer than 1 year' (which I am assuming should retrieve all threads posted within the past year), clicking 'Submit' results in no matches. For reference, here is how the search forum appears before I click 'Submit': Kind regards, James x

Interestingly, searching for 'CLP320' (no space) gives a lot of results. Searches for 'CLP 320' (with space), '+CLP +320' and 'CLP' all give zero results.
'CLP' should give a ton of results. If the minimum length is supposed to be 3 characters, I don't think it's working properly...my guess would be that the search function just discards words that have 3 or less characters.
In general though, searching for '+term1 +term2 +term3' works better than 'term1 term2 term3'. I think that internally, 'term1 term2 term3' is being handled as one phrase, rather than a set of three terms. Whether that's a feature or a bug, I dunno.
